      Question Need Help!

I don't need help attaining lucidity, as I can attain it anytime I try. But, I need help with what I do in my dreams. In every single one of my dreams, I wake up in my bed, or somewhere else in my house. I'm never in some cool dream world, or somewhere awesome like that. My LD's all consist of me doing funny activities around my house, but they are actually beginning to become boring! Now, I LOVE lucid dreaming and I find what the human brain is capable of to be amazing, but I don't want to keep simply doing things as simple a what I am. I want to go to a cool world or go to space or something like that! Is there some way to do this? And before anyone says it, I've attempting WILDs before and only succeeded once, and despite me trying to influence the images in my head, the dream still began in my house, and stayed in my house. My main goal is to go to some sort of dungeon and have a sword or something. Like an Oblivion-esque dungeon crawling dream. Really, I want to do anything cooler than what I'm doing now! If anyone can help me in any way whatsoever, or has any tips or personal tricks they use, let me know! All/Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Use the door trick. look at a door, say there would be a dungeon/plain/etc. behind the door. really expect it to be, then open the door. It will be. If it doesn't, you need practice. first time I tried it, it worked for a couple of seconds, and my brother succeeded in his first try. Also, try to use some "spell" to summon a sword, gun, etc.
Good luck, and see the dream control course.
      Good luck!

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Just curious... are you fully aware that you're dreaming in your lucid dreams?

Yes . I never used to be, but I have pretty much perfected that aspect of LD. I am actually (in an odd, hard to explain way) usually lucid immediately, befor any RC, like, I can feel the difference between WL and DL. And I don't mean that my LD's aren't vivid, because they're extremely vivid. Why, do you think that could have something to do with it?

If you are more aware that you are dreaming, then you are more self-aware, so you know that this is YOUR dream that you control, so you have more control(in dreams, you tend to forget, or not consider enough that you are fully in control and your real body is in bed sleeping, so self-awareness is great to remind you, so you feel more in a dream, causing more control).

I'm far from expert on this stuff, but a couple of things you wrote struck me as odd.

Firstly, it's my understanding that to get a 100% success rate takes years of experience and practice. This made me think that perhaps you're mistaking vivid dreams for true lucid dreams. I've experienced very vivid dreams in which I seemed to be aware I was dreaming, but it was as if that thought was just part of the dream... not a profound awareness on my part.

Secondly, when I'm entirely and absolutely aware I'm dreaming, some degree of control always comes with that awareness. But from what you write, it seems you're just along for the ride in these dreams, with zero control. Like I wrote earlier, I'm no expert on this stuff, but if you're truly aware that you're dreaming...meaning you KNOW that the reality you find yourself in is one of your own creation, then it just makes sense that you would have some control over the dream.

The more experienced folks may be able to offer you better advice, but what's worked for me to increase my awareness that I'm dreaming is to do several different reality checks... even though I think I'm already aware I'm dreaming. For me, that kind of hammers home to me that I REALLY am dreaming. The looking at the hands thing doesn't work for me, so I typically use the hold nose try to breath and the push finger through palm of hand. Sometimes I do them several times, and I seem to get a little rush each time, and the fact that I'm dreaming becomes more real to me each time.

Anyway, try doing a series of reality checks and see what happens. Can't hurt.
