Last night I had a lucid dream. So what? I've had 3 of those before.... Except the others haven't lasted 20 seconds while this one is one of the longest dreams I remember, and I was lucid for most of it!

Woot woot.

You can read the whole dream here: Jack white, handball players in my kitchen and causal flight - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

I Went to bed at 04:30 and woke up at 06:30

It was one of those nights where you're up all night on your computer and at some point you get so tired that you just shut down the computer, roll over and instantly fall asleep with your clothes still on.

Which is exactly the conditions I had my few (3) previous lucid dreams under.

My knowledge is a little rusty cause I haven't been active for quite a while. However I think I remember something about going into REM sleep faster when you're really tired. Could have something to do with that (If it's even correct). Also I'm thinking that it could have something to do with the fact that I went right off the computer and into sleep very fast. Maybe my logical brain was more alert than normally since usually it has time to relax before I fall asleep. Also I was lucky enough that I had a pretty clear dream sign to trigger my lucidity (and it even appeared twice).

Any thoughts? Perhaps it can help me attain lucidity easier in the future
