Thread: Getting Scared When Lucid

This happened to me while attempting WILD but not DILD. As my father passed out i was afraid to see his ghost or something like shadow men in SP (sleep paralysis). In my first LD i begged to wake up as i was really afraid which ended in many FAs but it was pleasant after i became used to it.

Yes, I was at my grandmas in my lucid dream and it was night, and I began to think why did I make this scene night, then I became paranoid, and started to see white men blurs running from tree to tree, then I told my self to relax and that I just created them because i was feeling afraid, so I changed the scene to an mall ice cream parlor.

Yes, I've only had 2 lucid dreams by far. I realized I was dreaming in the first one by looking in a mirror and by re-entering my previous dream and realizing "Hey! This is what I dreamt about like 3 minutes ago!" in the second one. But I woke up after seconds in both of them because I was too scared to accidentally summon something and ruin my dream.
