Thread: If I Have Good Dream Recall Will I have Very Vivid Dreams?

I always wonder this.Can you guys answer my question?

Good dream recall will not increase the vividness of your dreams but it will help you to remember more of each dream. This can seem like dreams having more vividness, but it does not guarantee that you will have more vivid dreams. No matter how excellent your recall is, your dreams can only be so vivid.

Be glad you have good recall, though! Mine's pretty "meh" even after quite a while.

I thinks hes rigth, but they may seem more vivid once you wake up though since you remember all or most of the details.

Btw my recall is pretty "</ load: c:/pictures/shit>" so be happy atleast.
