Hi, I was doing pretty well, lucid dreaming with semi-regularity. But the last few months have been entirely LD free. And I find that a bit frustrating. Just posting here to make myself feel better, I guess. Patience ...

Don't give up, just keep doing RCs regularly ( concentrate on them ), keep memorizing and writing down your dreams in DJ and try to stay more aware throughout the day. It's worth it in the end! But don't rush things, move step by step and if you fail just get up and try again, you'll make it. You've made it eleven times already so you know it's possible.
