I am going to start adapting to a polyphasic sleep schedule next week. I know that it is known to increase ones chance at lucid dreaming and that it is extremely difficult for the first two weeks. This being, anyone with prior experience in this area that could give me any tips to adapting would help. I am also wondering how much it increases ones chance at lucid dreaming. I will be using the Everyman's style. (Three hour core, and three 20 mins naps, spread throughout the day) Any other information on polyphasic sleeping that is necessary to know would help.
