      Want to try polyphasic sleeping..

Would this be possible if I regularly go to bed at around 11:00pm and wake up at 6:00am for school days? (mon-fri) Weekends are hectic, sometimes I go to bed at 4 in the morning or just midnight. Could I polyphasic? Ofc I might just wait until summer since there's only 1 more quarter left

Edit - wanted to say I've adapted to getting 5-6 hrs of sleep and wake up fine

Edit 2 - Also until summer how do I start getting back into MILDS? Whenever I try to visualize something I get distracted and start singing Korn or 5fdp

Depends on what your schedule is like during the day... Are you able to take a 20-30 minute nap exactly every 4 hours? If not, you won't be able to do Uberman. Everyman may still be a possibility, but if your school schedule is anything like mine, it'll still be hard to fit in the naps.
