I'd imagine its a by-product of being more aware in general. I've felt the same since my first lucid. Nothing to worry about. |

I have been practising lucid dreaming for a while now, and waking life feels "different". |

When I was huge into Lucid Dreaming and was able to have them several times a night (boy that was a short-lived period....), I had the same experience. When I stopped having a ton of lucid dreams (and haven't had any significant ones in years... damn), the feeling went away. |

I feel that way 24/7 and it can get in the way of my waking life a lot. I would recommend that if it gets in the way of your day-to-day living to go to a doctor. Concerning how much I dream, I have extremely vivid, coherent dreams pretty much nightly. If it doesn't get in the way then I don't really find much harm in it... |
