      Real life turning more "dream-like"???

I have been practising lucid dreaming for a while now, and waking life feels "different".
It kinda feels like i am more inside my head and that i am more aware at the same time.
The feeling could be associated with wearing a big motorcycle helemet(with closed glasses), but being able to "take up" more of my vision and all of the sounds around me.

Btw this does not really feel like bad thing. But should i be conserned?

I'd imagine its a by-product of being more aware in general. I've felt the same since my first lucid. Nothing to worry about.

When I was huge into Lucid Dreaming and was able to have them several times a night (boy that was a short-lived period....), I had the same experience. When I stopped having a ton of lucid dreams (and haven't had any significant ones in years... damn), the feeling went away.

I think it's nice, actually. Often during my taclabs with the army I find myself wishing I had that hyper-awareness so I wouldn't get paintballs to the face as often haha.

I feel that way 24/7 and it can get in the way of my waking life a lot. I would recommend that if it gets in the way of your day-to-day living to go to a doctor. Concerning how much I dream, I have extremely vivid, coherent dreams pretty much nightly. If it doesn't get in the way then I don't really find much harm in it...

Indeed, it's the product of increasing awareness, being more in the present moment than in your thoughts, what you experience in LD blends with waking life and the other way around.
