      Very weird first LD

Hi, about a month ago, something really weird happened to me. I had my first LD and it actually was only about 3-4 seconds long. In that time I already knew about LD but in that 3 or 4 secs. I had so many feeling. That dream was about: I've been sitted on some chair or sofa and before me was fireplace and except these 2 things there wasn't nothing more than darkness. In first second I realised I'm in LD and I was like omg omg I have my first lucid dream that is amazing wooow and my heart was beating really really fast and I thinked I had erection in that 3 seconds but after I woke up I realized it was just in dream but the feelings was so real...anyway in that dream I could just looked by eyes and I wasn't possible to move...and this all happened in 3 or 4 seconds. Don't you think this is extremely weird? And after I woke up I realised it's 2 AM so the dream woke up me.

I will be really glad for your opinion for this my first lucid dream. But anyway I have some questions about LD and I will be really thankful to anyone who will answer me it. First quest. is how are the feeling about LD, it's possible to happen that you could think you are not in dream but in real life? Second quest. is how do you feel when you walk in LD and can you see your body in it? Third is if you can do really anything in LD like "spawn" car and race with it on Monte Carlo race track or have sex or anything? And last one is: How long is normally LD and it is possible to increase length of it like you will have LD for half hour or maybe more?

If you answer me this questions I will be really happy because all these LD seems really cool to me.

Btw: Sorry for the english, I'm still learning it...

Probably sleep paralysis, it's a period of a few seconds/minutes where you can't move or wake up and sometimes have hallucinations. This usually happens before you enter a dream.. Excitement probably woke you up though :p

Sorry, not SP. It happened in his dream.

Congrats on your first lucid, supered!

Short LDs are normal, especially from the beginning. Having a TON of very strong emotions in a lucid is also normal. Any other sensation, including what you describe, is also common. Faster heart beat, excitement, all normal. All in all, normal LD

It still was a lucid though, and that's what counts. Keep practicing and have some more. Happy dreams
