      Help please

      do binaural beats work and if so, what is the best one?? I really want to have a good lucid dream cuz whenever I do ( very rarely ) I always wake up in 10 secs and am paralysed or my vision goes blurry even after I rub my hands or try reaffirm my stability through thinking

      Binaural beats kind of depend on the person, some people like them and some don't. Although, just using binaural beats won't help much, they're just an aid. You still need to do regular lucid dreaming practice like awareness training and the like.

      As for the blurry vision and paralysis in dream, try ignoring it and acting like nothing is wrong. If your LD count is right then this could also just be a problem that will go away after you've had more lucids.

      For me, personally, binaural beats give me a headache. They don't help me. It really does depend on the person.
