Hi, I need ideas on how to stay lucid what what to do. I have a lucid dream almost every night, but it usually lasts 2 minutes because I forget that I'm dreaming. I also have dreams where I say out loud "I'm asleep!" But I still don't seem to realize it truly. If any of you have ideas to help me with this and what fun things a I can do that would be great. |

Flying is always a fun place to start. As GalMutzafy says, make sure to stabilize first, then, go explore! I find it best to focus on one goal at a time. Go ahead and make a list of things you want to do while lucid, but then just prioritize. What do you want to do first? Focus on that, otherwise, you might forget and try to remember the list and have too many options and find yourself waking up. I like playing with gravity, so flying, jumping really far, gliding, anything like that. |
