      Lightbulb FILD Attempt Journal

      I'm just going to add my nightly attempts and what happened when i tried to FILD. I learned about it yesterday and have been eager to try.

      5/6/2014 ATTEMPT #1:

      I went to bed at around 11:00 pm and had alarams set to 3:30am. They woke me up just on time and I began. I waited for about two minutes while tapping my fingers. Nothing happened. I got up for a few minutes and tried again. Same result. I got up for a few more minutes and got into my bed (i sleep on the floor) and made a final attempt. I waited too long and fell asleep.

      My problem was, I couldnt get my mind to relax nor could I truely keep comfortable. My mind tends to wander.

      Better "luck" next time
