      Piecing it together

Two nights ago I once again had a reoccurring dream that bothers me. As I haven't been able to work it out myself or through discussions, I found this forum, joined, and wrote a post about it yesterday. I thought maybe in a larger community someone would have some input. But I noticed that nobody replied, and that got me thinking. I went back and looked at other posts that had no replies, or maybe just one or two replies. All the posts were of different experiences, but many had one thing in common: they talked about individual experiences and asked if anyone had any advice or input. Of the ones that had one or two replies, the replies were just other experiences, but generally didn't offer much in the way of answering any questions. That made me think about how hard it would be to actually offer advice or input on such things. It's not like posting about how to fix something on a car, where there's a specific way that works for everyone. I started reading more deeply into the forum posts here, and began finding more and more answers connecting in the tutorials, as well as in threads that discussed methods and had lots of replies.

The trouble I felt with the reoccurring dream eventually wore off, like it always does, and last night I had a dreamless sleep for the first time in I can't remember how long. I awoke this morning feeling refreshed, and thought perhaps it was a sign of a good place to start really learning and practicing lucid dreaming. Today I came to the forum and happened upon a post that discussed a rhythm-technique for entering lucid dreaming. It was an idea I could get my head around and I'm going to try it. It reminded me of the old "seek and ye shall find" adage.
