      I've always had this question!

Say in a lucid dream, you wanted to go back to a conversation you had like a month ago. Would your mind actually remember exactly what you and the person said to each other?

maybe it would...because i mean your subconscious remembers all this other crazy stuff. ive heard of other people remembering things from a long time ago, so i imagine you could remember a conversation...if you remember the day, place, person/people

If it has been in any sense an important conversation YES. If you remember the person, the environment and what it was about chances increase even more. To actually do this in a lucid dream is another story^^
In general our subconscious mind treats every second thousands of informations throughout the day, so its a living storage system. (you could even go back to conversations u had like 10 years ago)
