      WILD or why I have a Love/Hate relationship with my minor insomnia

      This morning I was awake from 2:40 - 4:00.
      I am a teenager so this is pretty bad for me, I need my sleep.
      Well, as it has happened the last few times I've been unable to sleep for some time, I finally started feeling tired again, and then my favorite, favorite part happened. It reminds me of entering the Animus in Assassin's Creed 1.

      After what I think is a "brief" moment of unconsciousness, I become consciously aware and suddenly know exactly what is going to happen.
      I suddenly feel my entire body engulfed in a kind of vibration, kind of like a shiver but also like pins and needles. I'm not afraid at all, I love it and it's happened before.
      I get sucked into a dream scene, a pier at a blue water river, I stay conscious for a few seconds before losing awareness.

      Anybody know what this is? I love it when this happens (minus the unable to sleep for hours part) despite the fact that the lucid dream only lasted seconds. It's happened at least one more time, maybe two or three more times even. Anyway, I'm just telling my story. Any thoughts?

      Kinda smiliar to my few successful WILDs
      Sometimes i was unable to sleep for whole night

      And at morning (5 - 7 AM) i've decided to use Basic WILD Method (No Moving & No Thoughts)
      After a few minutes it resulted in starting to see HI and eventualy ending up in Dream

      It might be caued by body being tired and trying to fall asleep faster than our mind
      Which results in projecting dream while our mind is still awake

      But I mean if that's what it feels to enter a WILD then sign me up. I just wish I had an easier way to achieve them.

      WILD with use of methods might feel different i suppose

      I guess you need to try out real WILD and see what it feels like
