You're on the right track my friend. Keep on keeping on, you'll be having more lucid dreams in no time. |

After having become interested in Lucid dreaming in the spring I spent about a month reading and practicing lucid dreaming with the result of 1 short LD. |

ya im starting again as well, i practiced a lot last year but didn't manage to lucid dream, i did manage have extremely vivid dreams, if i didn't give up i most likely would have lucid dreamed, but oh well, im gunna start by writing down all my dreams every night, i used to remember 4-5 dreams a night. reality checks through out the day will also be on my to due list. and attempting wild every night. |

I will jump on this train with you guys as well. I started at this website in 2006, and have never been at a stable point enough to really dive in for a consistent amount of time since I first joined. At first, after a few months, I had about 4 ld's, and I want to get back to that. Let's stay with it this time! |

Same for me. Been off for a few months - thought I'd give myself a break and try again. Still having good recall and vivid dreams, and always positive and hopeful. I'm wondering about maybe getting a book dream journal rather than the mobile app one I've been using, as I'm thinking that actually writing might be more reinforcing? |

Good luck! If you want to continue the lucid dreaming lifestyle sustainably, try not to dive in with all your motivation at once and then give up once the novelty wears off. Get in a routine of writing down your dreams every morning (or after each sleep cycle) and read books about lucid dreaming, even if you only read a few pages each night. Also, keep in mind that you are better off putting in a sustainable amount of effort and having 1-2 lucid dreams per week than going too far with advanced techniques, constantly RCing etc, having 4 dreams per week for a month and then growing tired of it. |
