      Diagnose me?

Closest I can ever get is lying there for about an hour and I get these weird muscle twitches and It seems my body never transitions into a sleeping state. Im visualizing a dream setting letting my mind wander then repeating but i can never seem to get back to sleep or if i do go to sleep I just end up falling asleep normally.

      Hi,

The problem i see with your attempt to WILD is that your unable to fall asleep
If you won't fall asleep then you won't enter a Dream

The mental task you've choosen might be too engaging for your mind
You need to be able to fall asleep yet retain awareness

You might be focusing to hard which prevents your body from falling asleep. I would definitely try to relax more and maybe clearing your mind completely during attempting a WILD before you try getting into the Dream World, if that makes sense.

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
