Do WILDs have any effect on DILDs?

Would WILDing affect in any way the frequency or quality of DILDs? They say that the more lucids you have, the easier it will be for you to have more. Since WILDs are still lucid dreams, they help familiarize you with the feeling of being in a dream, thus maybe increasing the chance of later realizing you're dreaming (DILDs)?

Not sure how to really answer this, mostly because it's 2:00 A.M over here and I can't think straight.

It would most likely increase the frequency of DILDs. It would, for sure, increase the quality.

It might be the other way around...

WILDing doesn't follow the same technique of DILD. DILD deals a lot with constantly questioning your own reality.

WILDing just deals with a lot of real-world focus and discipline. But, when you do get into that dream, it's practically the same thing.

Most people seem to believe that WILDs are a better quality to DILDs. Most believe it's because with WILD you don't lapse at all with consciousness (If you are doing it right)

Sorry if nothing I said made any sense what so ever. I'll review it tomorrow and edit.
