Instead of just waking up and staying still, try and do a little bit of visualization. If you wake up out of a dream, you can visualize the dream you were just in to help you get back in to it. Yes, you can do a normal WILD if you aren't able to reenter a dream right away. Even though a single or many tutorials say something, you don't have to follow it exactly. The thing about lucid dreaming and things of the same nature is that everyone is different and you have to experiment and find what works for you. A normal WILD would take however long it does . There's not really a set time you can put on WILDs because like I said before, everyone is different. Experiment with different things and see what works for you |
