Dream signs ?

Hello everyone, How do i know for sure what my Dream signs are. I have a dream journal but i just don't know what dream signs I have. The only thing i noticed is that I see alot of my friends in My dream. So is that a dream sign ? Amazingdream1

How long have you been actively recording your dreams? Have you noticed any patterns besides your friends being present?

I wasnt recording them before i knew what lucid dreaming was but i just rememberd sometimes after waking up that my dreams are always with my classmates or friends. I have a dreamjournal it's pretty old now so it's time to buy a new one. BTW thanks for the quick answer.

Hi, Dream Signs are events, objects, things or people who appear frequently in your dreams. Example: There's guy called Peter, his best friend just went on three week long vacations. Before they went he and her spent most of time together. Because of that she appears in 90% of his dreams now that she went on vacations. That is a Dream Sign People usually find dream signs after they have some pages in their Dream Journal's They simply re-read stuff and write down things that are most frequent in their dreams You can do same by recalling your dreams. Then after you have figured out what your dream sign is, you need to learn to react to it. Example: Learn yourself to do a Reality Check when you see friends who are on vacations currently. Now after you find out what your Dream Sign is you need to code yourself to react it There are couple ways of doing it (I'il use old friends from school as example here): - Mantra. At random times during the day speak out a mantra (Mantra aka Just a string of words that has special meaning to you eg: Whenever i see my friends from old school i'il do reality check) - Visualization. Visualize seeing your old friend from school and after you do that react to it like this: Wait i'm seeing friend and he's from old school and in my house. Impossible i must be dreaming and do a reality check. (Do this process few times a day, same as mantra, the point of this exercise is to learn you to react to such events ) - Daydreaming. Smiliar to visualization (You just daydream about examply taking a bath and suddenly for some reason one of your friends from old school enters the bathroom. You tell yourself Wait it's too suspicious friend from old school and he's in my bath. I must be dreaming and then do a reality check) - And probably more ways (You can think one yourself).
