      Has anyone had any success with the "RAOM GAOM" mantra for dream recall?

      Just wondering, because it seems like an interesting technique and I'd love to talk to someone who has had it work for them.

      I have tried this mantra to recall dreams and it worked but I was too lazy to peruse it for a long time.
      For those who don't know this mantra you may need to check out some courses on internet such as dream yoga and astral travel handout.
