You nearly did a WILD |
|
Last night I stayed up until 3 am, when I finally went to sleep I had both my arms above my head and sleep paralysis came super strong. I'm confused a little about SP, right when it happened I was in a little daydream (?) with huge winds that I felt like I was flying around the setting, I can't tell if it was a LD. I kept telling myself I was lucid and then the SP wore off, I performed a RC but wasn't lucid.. Thinking it's because I opened my eyes after the SP... |

Hi there, first you should read through this link, http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...explained.html |

Thats interesting because almost 100% of the times I stay up later and then go to bed I get an LD. I think it has something to do with the sudden change of your sleep cycle in general. However I do think a Lucid Dream is possible in the first dream of the night, I've done it before, and I was even aware of the time so I knew it was the first dream of the night. I do partly agree with Sivason though because unless you really are determined to become Lucid in that first dream, odds are it wont happen. Its only happened to me once because I really wanted to become lucid that night. |

Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
