RCs can cause a lucid in the form of a DILD, but as LucidEveryNight said, it is very inconsistent. A possible technique you could also do is MILD, which as most requires you to go to bed a couple minutes earlier. It takes very little time and not too much effort, but is more consistent and has higher chances of success than just RCs. I'd suggest you go read up on the tutorial here, but don't stop doing your RCs either. Combining the two can have better effects than one by itself. |
