Did someone say my name^^ haha k that wasn't funny but in my opinion I think its a good goal to set and its an achievable one aswell the only thing that you should really consider is how you are going to achieve this if you planned to be focusing on techniques which involve alot of loss of sleep then no its not ideal and would most likely not happen because sleep is key, but some people claim to be lucid every night from awareness techniques and other things along those lines which i would imagine would have no adverse affects. |
