In real life you're sleeping and you need to go...and then your dream begins to take shape with the theme of restroom. And it seems this is a very strong influence to your dreams. Like for example you can say mantras of what you want to dream about but that doesn't always happen. I suppose it may be the fact that it's kinda a "do this now or you'll burst" situation where it's the only thing you can feel intensely in a dream. Where as a mantra is lost before you drift off to sleep.

It could be because you need to 'go' while you're in bed dreaming, so perhaps the subconscious takes that bit of information and puts it in your dreams. Either that or the restroom could be someone's dream sign.
