Yeah, I think I experience this quite a lot too. I think you explain it quite well. |

Anyone ever have one of those NLDs that you have a strange feeling almost could have been a LD, though you can't quite place your finger on why? For instance, last night I had a NLD where I was in a situation based on a previous life event but which doesn't fit my current life. I was a bit confused and it sort of felt like I was trying to understand what was going on, but didn't quite figure it out before the dream ended. I somehow felt that if I had thought about it just a bit longer I could have discovered that I was dreaming. Of course, I can't know for certain that would actually be the case, but the feeling just kind of sticks out in a way I can't explain in words exactly. |

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.
I get it sometimes where i have a dream of having a lucid dream, so pretty much like knowing im dreaming but not being lucid about it haha. It's annoying isnt it |

You have to dream before your dreams can come true.
I've been having a lot more very vivid, "present" dreams as a result of my daytime mindfulness/attention practice. It feels like I'm on the very edge of lucidity fairly frequently, and after I awake I can't believe I didn't make it into full lucidity |
