      Dream Mantra I think could work

      It normally takes awhile for me to fall asleep, I was just thinking while you are trying to fall asleep use this mantra but not long just after awhile.
      "Next time, I will know I'm Dreaming."
      Normally the next senario after sleeping is Dreaming, I think it could work.
      Make sure you're dreaming so you don't jump out of a window

      Subconscious: Okay.

      Next attempt
      Me: Subconscious, why didn't I lucid dream last time? Next time I want to lucid dream, okay.
      Subconscious: Whatever you say...

      100 attempts later
      Me: Screw you, subconscious! This time I'm going to lucid dream!
      Subconscious: Okay.

      Next attempt
      Me:See subconscious? Last time, I lucid dreamed! Next time I want to lucid dream, okay?
      Subconscious: Of course you did! Okay.
