Sorry in advance if i have a bad eglish.
First of all when i aded about lucid dreams i got very excited about it.
I started with tutorials.
I started doing reality checks all that day .
Night came on and i used MILD technique so i sleeped saying :" i want to know that i'm dreaming".
And i falled asleep. When i started dreaming i was in like a medieval city the groud were made of died grass, my body just did a reality check (plug my nose and try to breath) and i breathed so I realised that i am dreaming i got too exited(i dind't know about stabilisation techniques) so i jumped high and woke up.
Second day i searched about more techniques for LD and stabilisation. All my day was doing reality checks. Nght came and igot to the bed (same time of yesterday) doing MILD .
And i fell asleep. I had a non-Lucid dream and i woke up at 6am imususally wake at 8am(it was easter vacation) but i used MILD another time wasn't familiar with other techniques . And fall directly asleep into a lucid state so i started stabilisating .
Iwas looking at mynhand closely when i woke up and saw my watch it was 8am.
And from that day, i discovered my dream sign (school) and doing all day awarness and RCs and writing a dream journal, my dream recal is good , i remember every day a dream, but i didn't had anyone from that day. My first lucid dream was from about 13 days. What am i doing wrong .
Help me if there any effective method worth learning it.
I tried FILD and DEILD but i need a technique that dosen't require a pre-sleep.
