Thread: Hypnotic induction of lucid dreams - Anyone tried it?

I've been looking to experiment with hypnosis to induce lucid dreams. Has anyone found it helpful?

I've heard that for some it is really beneficial (though I can't personally confirm this)! There are a few hypnosis videos on YouTube that have resulted in immediate lucid dreaming experiences. However, some people go so easily into hypnotic trance that it may cancel out the possibility of having a lucid dream.

I would encourage you to try it out! I've been told that hypnosis is especially effective in inducing lucid dreams if you are using the WBTB technique. Hope this helps!
