      HI or dream fragments or something else?

      Hi all

      I've been attempting WILD, What is the difference between HI and dream fragments?

      When ever I try WILD I end up seeing mini clips of things (1-10 seconds), my best example was when I saw a room with a brick wall, noticed a bedside table against it, then suddenly a mirror started appearing on the wall, and grew in size downwards, then everything faded to darkness

      What would this be classed as? Thanks

      I'm not really sure what HI is exactly, but dream fragments are pieces of a dream you remember, but only pieces of the dream not the full dream.

      I think I would classify that as a Non REM Dream, because of the length and oddity, I think it would be considered as a NON-REM Dream.

      Why would this be classed as a non rem dream?

      What's the diffrence between rem dreams and non rem dreams?
