So I've only managed to get to sleep paralysis twice and well then other night I was doing lucidology style and I got the feeling to turn over so I ignored it then I heard like a low vibrating sound sorta like a pool pump then I felt this pressure on my chest that's when I closed my eyes because last time I got the hallucinations then the next thing I was in a library paralysed with these black figures flying above me but my physical bodies eyes were closed and I couldn't close my dream bodies eyes then I woke my self up because I didn't know what to do because I couldn't leave my body as I was in the dream? |

Decide beforehand where you want to appear. Maybe a sandy beach or a familiar room in your house. Then visualize that scene as you approach the transition. With just a few experiences, you needn't assume the same thing will happen every time or that your body movement will be impaired the same way. |
