      Weird WILD

      I tried to wild last night before I went to bed. I know I should ahve done it at 5, but...oh well. So I tried it, and something weird happened. I was all relaxed,which is rare for me, when I felt my feet get warm and start to vibrate. Then, I wasn't scared or anything, my pulse rapidly sped up and started beating very, very fast. Any explenations

      That's probably sleep paralysis. It means you're getting really close to a WILD - just stay calm and wait for the dream to start. It's a good sign in your lucid dreaming progression. Wait for it again next time and just ride it out - a lucid dream will come if you just stay in the sleep paralysis for long enough!

      Anyone can hot SP. It means nothing to an LD. Just a part of WILD.

      But you were right about one thing it is SP.

      Maybe you should wait until your not a noob until you help other noobs

      If its a part of WILD how does it mean nothing to an LD? FOR GODS SAKE MAN! I would have expected better from a person who is totally obsessed with spiders!

      It is SP and a step toward lucidity. Entering SP or even a LD can be simple for some but a successfully produced LD will probably be difficult to manage at first. I feel every level is its own profound experience and having them separated chronologically is helpful in development of healthy LD experiences. The positive impact of taking your time in learning powerful tools should not be underestimated.

      It seems the most important step in SP is relaxation. Continue your current practice and I think you will have a successful WILD very soon. A recent WILD I experienced was filled with vibration to start, I closed my eyes, opened them again, then literally stepped up and out of my body. From that point I had a freakish and wild ride(thats why its WILD ). Keep it up!
