That's interesting. I've never been conscious during sleep paralysis, but I do know that everyone has slightly different experiences with it. That feeling of heat could've been a sensory hallucination though too. I wouldn't say it's not normal man. |

I attempted a Wake-Induced lucid dream a few minutes ago, and although I failed, I felt my fingers get hot as I entered the early stages of sleep paralysis. Is this normal? |
