      Paralysis in the middle of lucid dream

      I were gain lucidity in the middle of my dream. But after i gain it , i slowly feel pressure on my body . The pressure was increasing until i cant move even my eyelids. I felt a pressence so i understood that dream turned in to sleep paralysis. I waited , took a few deep breath. Here is the wierd thing. After the sleep paralysis i woke up in another dream. But i didint know that it was a dream i thought it was real.

      I though sleep paralysis only occurs when close to wake up. After paralysis , if a dream start immediatly , why we are paralysis occurs ?! Its is not about beeing close to waking up state ? So why ? Any ideas ??

      I posted here a few months ago that when I would get lucid, suddenly I would get paralysed. Couldn't move at all or force myself to move, I don't know how to explain what do this but don't give it too much "attention" because I THINK it may increase the chances of this happening. For me it was worse as it would turn into a "lucid nightmare".
