I've been trying hard to lucid dream the past five days using the DILD method but only 2 out of the 5 nights i remember dreaming at all. is this normal? I want to dream every night to give myself the best chance in a lucid dream

I reality check all day long probably more than every half an hour.
My sleep schedule is from 2:00am-9:30am.
Before sleeping i think "I want to be lucid"

Please let me know if theres anything im doing wrong or if i should try the WILD method maybe? I can't lucid dream if i can't dream at all. Thank you!
