      Distraction during lucid dreaming attempt

Hi everyone. I'm having this issue right now. So, I've been watching a fail video where this guy with the glasses and pumpkin-esque hairstyle(don't know the exact name) played a violin in an orchestra when his violin's strings snapped which ruined the whole orchestra.

Then, he said "sorry horr" and I was like, omg...this guy is so cute. So, I've been trying to lucid dreaming about him and become that violin.

The thing is that there are so many distractions that prevented me from LDing. Starting from random enviromental noises, body itchiness, yawning, sneezing and the list goes on which destroyed my concentration. Please, I need advices regarding on how to prevent those distractions. You can also tell me about how you prevent them in your attempt.

LDing about my fictional husbando and that failed violin guy is my goal right now. Thanks for helping.
