Basically I am like any other university student, I like to work hard and play hard. That being said I keep my weekday bedtimes consistent to keep a good sleep pattern for recall and better dreams. During the weekends I get just as much sleep even more sometimes but i stay out late and do not go to bed until sometimes 3am. Then when I transition from weekend to weekday sleep patterns I always see a gap in my recall and I hate it so much, I just really want to know if there is anyway i can combat this without giving up my late nights on the weekends? |
