      Thumbs up kind of technique?

so everytime i want to have a lucid dream i always imagine the same "pre dream" like a scenario. i always play it kind of same but different. what i'm wondering is would it be able to induce LC? thanks in advance

i fail everytime but i believe i will succeed one day.

      Hello matija101,

Are you saying that you pre-conceive the lucid dream that you want to have as you are going to sleep? If so, you are basically doing the MILD technique. Check out the link, you may find some helpful information that will better your chances
