      Absolute most effective dream herb?

      What is the absolute best dream herb to use to enhance dream recall and the intensity of dreams? I'm not interested in smoking anything I'd rather make it in a tea.

      Ime AFrican dream root is very nice. An Kirkii dream root. Those are Powerful. I think Calea Z helps jack up the speed and intensity of dreams.

      They do not help memory. Enough sleep might hell you with that.
