      Weird feeling when trying WILD

      I tried WILD a couple days ago and I had this weird feeling that my mind was away from my body and I felt like I was rotated, It was so weird, it happened after like 20 minutes of laying in the same position without moving with my eyes closed.

      That sounds like a hypnagogic hallucination (a hallucination that happens when you're falling asleep). They're a common occurrence, especially when attempting WILD, and are a sign that you're about to fall asleep.
