You may not feel very excited because of having natural abilities to lucid dream, but personally, i think it's because you're not fully aware of the potential benefits from lucid dreaming. For most beginners, the primary aim of lucid dreaming is to pretty much have fun, but at some stage, lucid dreamers will start to think more deeply, about making the most out of their sleeping periods. Some potential benefits include: improved metacognition (which helps in learning and achieving goals), communicating with your subconcious mind to suppress your "shadow" (dark side-fears) and even improving physical skills via neuroplasticity. It just makes you - a better you in general and can actually improve your life significantly. |

Use the lucidity and dream control to fulfill your fantasies. |

You have a gift, but it's so easy you don't know how special it is. It's not surprising because to you it's normal. |

Yeah, I see what you all mean. When I came around here a couple years ago I didn't know there was a name for what I experienced. Anyway, I read through the tasks and I'll have a go at them, since I always enjoyed doing them before. Also, I might add that many times my dreams are pretty interesting and I see no need to change them, like the other night I went lucid flying a spaceship. No need to change that. |

Mm, I can understand not really wanting to change things because they're already interesting--but perhaps you should consider doing so. Tell your dream to show you something even more interesting than what you're seeing now, and see where that takes you. |
