What kind of ld is this?

Lately i've been getting lds when waking up in the morning for some reason , and i feel really tired like i could fall asleep in a second.

When im dreaming i didn't do any reality check. I just had a feeling that i was dreaming , then i did a reality check for the hell of it but i was already lucid.

i got 2 lds this way , when you are in a tired state and can fall asleep fast is it easier to ld?

Sounds like a WILD or possibly DEILD (just a really quick WILD).

That's a DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream) for sure. Unless you've been awake for more than a few minutes.

You basically catch the moment of wakefulness right after a dream to consciously prepare yourself for the reentry into REM. When you do (which happens almost immediately if you haven't moved) you'll go straight into a lucid dream.
