Thread: The white light

So I had my second lucid a couple nights ago. My first lucid dream I transitioned from one dream to another. So basically when I first became lucid I got really excited then the dream collapsed then instead of waking up I saw a white light pulsing in and out of my vision and every time I saw it I got this really good sensation rush through my body and I felt really relaxed and at peace. And my body would vibrate when it shows up too. Then I woke up lucid in my room and walked around my neighbor hood just inspecting the details of everything it was remarkable to me. Then my second lucid dream a similar thing happened. Got excited but I actually woke up in sleep paralysis. So I closed my eyes and let my body sleep while still conscious basically did a wild. Then there's the white light same thing happened for about a minute again then I woke up in my room again. walked down my street again but this time I tired to interact and ask the dream something but instead of replying a DC told me to fuck off lmfao. But ya I haven't heard much about a white light has anyone else experienced this? And how come I wake up lucid I'm in my room and neighborhood? Thanks in advance.
