Suacy, if you pretend you are trying to look at the top of your head, you'll feel a strain on your eyes. Just as you feel the strain, ease up a bit. And about looking around without moving your eyes; what you are really doing is looking with your nonphysical senses, because you are not actually gathering information through the lenses of your eyes. Moving them is just an habituated physical response. If you were actually looking through the lenses of your eyes, all you would see is the darkness behind your eyelids. All memories, visualizations, etc., are seen with your nonphysical senses and not through your lenses. Thanks for replying to the thread. |
