Last year I decided to take lucid dreaming seriously and simply being on the site help a lot since it was the first time for me seeing everything about lucid dreaming covered in sections with details/experience. I'm sure it has the same effect for anyone and helps people naturally focus on their goal of attaining lucidity.

3.) It may take time to frequently lucid dream at the pace you had before. But once you get the hang of it again I doubt it will be difficult due to the time gap. Irregular sleep schedule could make it more challenging but you can perform RC's through out the day or dedicate small routines that could make your mind focus on LDing, to try to average out your awareness for when you decide it's time to sleep.
