      Question Starting Lucid Dreaming and should I post updates of my dream journal on this?

      Ok I'm starting to try to lucid dream soon and I was thinking posting updates of my dream journal,diet/supplement plan,techniques and goals. If I can remember my dream tonight I'll post it tomorrow.

      Hi TioW42 - you could start a work book which will get looked at by the dream view guides and also start your very own Dream Journal wich you can find on the profile page if you like ... Anyway happy lucids to ya
