Thread: Help?

So i've had quite a few "lucid dreams", or so i thought. But i later realised that they weren't actual lucidity, as in its not actually ME, my consciousness. In the dream i "know" that im dreaming and start trying out techniques, but its not "ME". Its just another normal dream about me dreaming that i'm lucid.
I desperately need help on this since everytime i DILD, i realise that something is wrong and im dreaming, but it just becomes another dream where im dreaming of becoming lucid.
