      Question Does Dream Leaf work?

I'm thinking about ordering one to improve my chances of lucid dreaming and of course have better and more vivid dreams but I just want to hear other people's experience on it.

I assume you are referring to calea zachetechichi. I have had great experiences with this herb. It is an excellent dream enhancer. It can help you become lucid, but in my experience the primary effect is that it enhances the vividness of dreams. You still have to have good self awareness in order to be aware that you are dreaming. I definitely recommend getting some; it is quite an interesting experience.

      P.S.

Preparation: brew a hot cup of tea, using enough leaves to fill the palm of your hand. Drink while hot/warm.

Be warned that it is an extremely bitter beverage.

Are you speaking of Lucid Dream Leaf, the supplements? If so, I tried both the red/blue pill for about two weeks and unfortunately did not have much success. My dreams became more vivid and I did notice my dream recall increase due to this. I also did sleep a lot better and felt more refreshed in the morning due to the blue pill, but I didn't have any notable lucid dreams due to the supplements.

In my opinion, the bonuses of better sleep and more vivid dreams make Dream Leaf worth buying, but experience varies between person to person. It's only around $20, so I'd say it is worth the buy just to see how it affects you.
