Do Binaural Beats/Isochronic Tones actually help LDing?

The other night I downloaded this app onto my iPad after reading online that these beats somewhat help you sleep and LD. I tried this out that night my problems were:
-At first I thing I had it too loud and couldn't fall asleep.
-An alarm went off on my iPad XD.
-And the headphones in my ears where uncomfortable while sleeping.

I woke up several times throughout the night but was in such a deep sleep I could not even remember any dreams in the middle of the night which is suprising for me because I can remember at least 3 at that time but forget them all in the morning... But once I have woken up for school the next morning it felt as if I had no sleep whatsoever even though I have never slept so deeply in my life before.

Does anyone have any problems with these tones/beats or do they actually help and I just had a bad night with it?

Hey there it varies on persons to Pearson if it works for you and of course a physiological effect could also be a factor like let's say if you have really high expectations it will work or if your sceptical about it then it may not work, but anyway depends from Pearson to Pearson and when I try to use them I can't seem to fall asleep I just can't no matter what I do although I had a really great experience with them once.

In the experience I was listening to a astral projection one and it was probably about 15 minutes in when my body went all soft and sorta had a melting feeling then I felt a dead weight and I couldn't move (sleep paralysis) before I had started my blinds were closed and it was dark outside just saying and I do not live on a beach so anyway I decided to open my eyes durning the sp and I looked outside my window it was day and there was a beach outside while I felt the warm sun on my skin unfortunately this did not last long as I was awoken by my dogs barking but still a great experience 😊
