Block out the sunlight. You don't have to spend hard cash, just tape some newspaper or something over the window or plain black tape. Remember to relax and observe your surroundings when lucid. Don't rush at first.. 15-30 minutes to fall asleep is normal. I can take up to an hour with my thoughts racing in my head. It's best to just not think about much, let whatever thoughts or images form on their own. I find WILD is best performed when re-entering a dream, visualize what you just encountered or try a mantra if you want to start fresh in a new surrounding.
